To ensure the highest level of service, we ask that all cancellations be made 24 hours in advance. When giving less than said notice, a fee equal to 50% of your scheduled appointment will apply.
When scheduling multiple services totaling $200 or more, a non-refundable deposit of 50% will apply before the appointment is accepted and 72 hour cancellation notice is required.
We encourage you to reschedule your appointment when you are under the weather. Services will be modified for late arrivals at full service price. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation.
