Online Consent/Intake forms are available to be completed prior to your service for your convenience. Completing prior to your scheduled service will save time and have us better prepared to treat your concerns.
Please review Service Tips in the menu prior to scheduling. Some medications, medical conditions, and skin care usage can prohibit some services. Some facials are only available for to clients who have received previous treatments with a facial consultation. Please consult your doctor if you have additional questions.
To ensure the highest level of service, we ask that all cancellations be made 24 hours in advance. When giving less than said notice, a fee equal to 50% of your scheduled appointment will apply.
When scheduling multiple services totaling $150 or more, a non-refundable deposit of 50% will apply before the appointment is accepted and 72 hour cancellation notice is required.
We encourage you to reschedule your appointment when you are under the weather. Services will be modified for late arrivals at full service price. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation.
